Account

Do I need to create an account to place an order on Sipstor?
Yes. You need to register on Sipstor to place an order. You will be asked for your name, address, payment details and date of birth. We will not use your information without your authorisation.
What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay online using any Visa, MasterCard or Maestro debit or credit card.
Is there any limit on what I can purchase?
There is a limit of £750 per transaction.
How do you protect payments and transactions on Sipstor?
Security and privacy are very important to us and we will protect your payments and personal information. We know that when you shop online, you want to know that your name, address, credit card details and other personal information is kept safe and secure, and we are compliant to the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) Certification.
Do I need to re-enter my credit card details when I add a new address? If so, why?
No. You can save multiple addresses in your Sipstor account in case you want your order to be delivered to an alternative address. However you will still need to verify the correct billing address.
How can I remove my credit card details from Sipstor?
You can remove saved credit cards details by simply logging into your account, then edit and delete the relevant card entry.
Do I need to create a separate account for Sipstor mobile app?
No. The Sipstor mobile app uses the same login as the website. All your account details are updated automatically on both the website and the app. If you add an item in your basket on the mobile app you will find it when you connect on your desktop too.
Can I manage my account both on the website and the mobile app?
Yes. Any changes made on your website account will automatically update on the app and vice versa.
Will you use my social media profiles to post information on my account?
No. We will never post any comment on your social media profile without your agreement.

Orders

How do I access ‘locked’ offers
Our most exclusive offers can only be unlocked by using the Sipstor Mobile application. You can unlock our most exclusive offers by several actions described in the product page. Use the scanwheel to select QR codes scanning, logos, scanning, bottles or sound scanning.
Tip: You don’t have to buy anything or look for a special item, in most cases scanning the logo of the Brand of the Offer will work perfectly.
Why doesn’t the scan work?
Our most exclusive offers can only be unlocked by using the Sipstor Mobile application. Make sure you have selected the right option of the scan wheel (QR, code, image or sound). Some offers can only be unlocked with the adequate visuals. That information is available on the home screen and on the Product description.
Tip: The scan process requires a high speed internet connection on your mobile phone, Make sure you have at least 3G or wifi connection before you scan.
Tip: When scanning images, make sure the logo of the brand is clearly and entirely visible in the lens and do not move.

How will I know if an item is out of stock?
The remaining stock of any item is indicated on the product page. If an item in your basket is out of stock, we’ll let you know during checkout.
How soon can I get my order?
Our standard delivery is 3-5 working days however we do offer a next day service at an additional cost. Next day orders must be placed before 10.30am. Our shipping agent will provide you with the adequate tracking information once your order is confirmed. Orders are delivered between 8am and 6pm Monday – Friday.
How much will it cost to deliver?
This is dependent on the lead-time of your order. Standard (3-5days) £4.50, Next day £6.50 (if ordered before 10am).
What packaging will my order be delivered in?
All our orders come in a specially designed protective Sipstor packaging, to ensure the safe transport of your goods.
How will I know you've received my order and when will you take my payment?
You will get an e-mail confirming that we've received your order. We will charge your debit or credit card only when your order is shipped out to you.
Can I ship my order to different destinations?
You can ship products to different destinations within the UK; Sipstor can manage up to four different delivery addresses. However, on order can be shipped only to one destination. So if you are planning to have your items shipped at different addresses, please proceed one order at a time.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with a link to your tracking number. This link will also be available in the Order History section of your account.
Are there any order restrictions?
Yes:
  • Maximum of 5 orders in a 10 day period
  • Maximum of £1000 spend in a 10 day period
  • Maximum of £750 spend per order
  • Maximum of 5 items of same product on one order

Deliveries

Xmas Delivery Hours
For customers to receive their goods prior to Christmas:
Standard Delivery – Orders should be received by 3.00pm on Tuesday 17th December
Next Day Delivery – Orders should be received by 11.00 am on Friday 20th December
Sipstor orders will not be processed from 24th Dec 2013 to Thurs 2nd Jan 2014
